Born in Larnaca Cyprus, storytelling has been his whole life even before graduating from Canterbury Christ Church University, UK with a Bachelor of Arts degree (First) in Film and Digital Arts & Media in 2008. Mark's work varies from working as a Filmmaker – Director and Cinematographer for new media brand content, TV and Web adverts, to documentaries, short films & music videos. In 2016, he has launched Thelum, a video production studio company fueled by passion, that helps people, brands & businesses create content that feels real, bold and resonates with their audience. His vision is to produce video content with a strong human-centric approach, based on the client’s strategy and objectives, that will spark emotion, grab attention but most importantly, make their message heard.
Characteristic of his work is his strong cinematic aesthetic, emotion driven stories and human centric approach.

Mark Kassinos’ latest short film ‘ACCEPTANCE’ has won the Second Prize for Best Cypriot Short at the International Short Film Festival of Cyprus.
